Aurora Chair Tonya Lohman provides AASHTO update
The Aurora Pooled Fund Chair, Tonya Lohman (Missouri DOT), recently provided an update for the AASHTO 4th National Briefing on Winter Maintenance and Road Weather. During the update, Tonya provided an overview of Aurora, its activities and research efforts to improve the efficiency, safety and reliability of surface transportation via road weather information.

Aurora has completed review and prioritization of ideas submitted as part of the 2023 idea solicitation. Final project selection is anticipated during the Spring 2023 meeting. Aurora would like to thank all who submitted ideas for consideration.
