About the Event

The 2017 National Winter Maintenance Peer Exchange is a unique opportunity for winter maintenance professionals to share best practice information, coordinate and learn about current efforts, and contribute to the generation of strategic new research ideas and initiatives.

The event, which is sponsored by the Aurora, Clear Roads, and Snow and Ice Pooled Fund Cooperative Program (SICOP) pooled funds, is held every other year and has continued to grow in attendance since the initial meeting in 2007.

Vendors

Exhibition (vendor) booths are available for $650 per booth. The meeting format provides vendors with the opportunity to participate in all aspects of the meeting. To encourage discussion, the snacks during each meeting break will be served within the foyer adjacent to the vendor booth spaces. In addition, the Tuesday night reception will provide each vendor that has a booth an opportunity to introduce itself to the group and be recognized for its current and past participation.

The minimum cost for vendor registration is $850, which includes the $650 booth fee plus registration for one person (a $200 value). Each additional participant must register separately for an additional $200 per person. The registration fee includes meals during the meeting (breakfast and lunch) as well as snacks during each break.

Vendors will receive the following:

• 6 ft by 30 in. skirted table, with 3 ft of space on every side of the table
• 2 chairs
• Complimentary WiFi
• Electricity is available upon request for an additional fee. If you wish to have electricity at your booth, please notify Judy Thomas at 515-294-1866 or jathomas@iastate.edu.

Vendors may start setting up as early as needed on Tuesday, September 12.

Vendors can ship their displays to the hotel before the event. The first five boxes are complimentary, and any additional box will be charged a $10 handling/storage fee. Boxes may be shipped to this address:

Accommodations

For Aurora and Clear Roads Members and Invited Guests, your hotel stay will be booked for you at the conference hotel (DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown)

For all other registrants and vendors, there are a limited number of hotel rooms reserved as a block at the site of the event for $139/night (not including taxes). The guest room block will be held until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017.
