This discussion will focus on concrete pavement preservation techniques and the recent web-based training modules from the National Highway Institute.

Muscatine Riverfront Development – Jim Edgmond, P.E., City of Muscatine & Jim Harbaugh, P.L.A., ASLA, Bolton & Menk, Inc.
This project included a four lane to three lane conversion in downtown Muscatine. Critical items that led to the success of the project included public involvement, railroad coordination, complex staging, and flooding considerations.
