Description
The ICEA Mid-Year Conference is held every July in Ames, Iowa. It is an opportunity for county engineers and their staff to gather information about subjects and activities that can improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
In 2020, as part of registration, you’ll be asked about whether you would attend two meeting options being considered. One option includes an extended online Executive Board meeting with partner updates and an hour of ethics training. The other option is an on-site meeting designed to meet any gathering rules in place at the time of the event. You will be able to indicate if you would attend either option.
Who Should Attend
Attendance at this event is limited to Iowa Secondary Roads Department staff and related personnel, along with related Iowa DOT and FHWA-Iowa Division staff.
Pre-conference Golf Outing
A pre-conference golf outing and social for those who do not wish to golf will be held on July 8, 2020 at Veenker Golf Course in Ames. Dinner will be served following the social/golf outing at Moore Memorial Park just north of Veenker. This is NEW this year.
This is a separate registration process. Please click here to sign up for the lunch before golf, the golf outing, the social and the BBQ dinner. Registration for the golf outing and dinner is required by June 30, 2020.
