This presentation focuses on DOT and municipality perspectives for the impact to local traffic related to a large multi-year bridge project on I-74 in Moline, Illinois, and Bettendorf, Iowa.

Concrete Overlay of West 5th Street and Lexington Boulevard in Washington, Iowa – Keith Henkel, City of Washington, Dennis Murray, Washington County, and Pat Jones, Jones Contracting Corp.  This presentation will cover the design and construction of a concrete overlay in Washington County and the City of Washington.  Hear perspectives from the city, county, and contractor on this ICPA award-winning project.
