Speaker Bio
Laura Kroeger, the executive director at the Mile High Flood District (MHFD), works closely with the stormwater industry to promote community learning to advance the practice and protect people, property, and the environment from flood risks. She is also actively involved with the American Public Works Association and currently serves on the board of directors as the technical director of leadership and management.
