The Fall 2010 National Concrete Consortium was held in conjunction with the FHWA International Conference on Sustainable Concrete Pavements: Practices, Challenges, and Directions. The FHWA International Conference which was held between Wednesday, September 15 and Friday, September 27, 2010, was the technical program for the fall meeting.
