Combining Patrick Lencioni and Kouzes & Posner’s research on leadership best practices, this quick 60-minute session will touch on quick tips that any leader can immediately apply to their team. Upon completion of this session, participants will have a foundational understanding on best practices in leadership and will be able to immediately apply these quick tips with their teams. A portion of the time spent will include peer sharing where participants discuss what has worked for them to improve morale on their team.
Speaker Bio
Krisdeena Jansen works full time as a management consultant where she develops training programs, leads change initiatives, and manages projects for organizations across the globe. In 2019, she started her own professional development consulting company called GLUTRECK Engagement & Development where she designs, develops, and facilitates professional development programs for organizations across the state. She has over 15 years of experience in the learning and development field, is a Master Trainer, and loves sharing her passion for learning and growth.
