April 14 Tom Maze seminar to feature Bijan Khaleghi, state bridge engineer for WSDOT

The Tom Maze Transportation Seminar this week will feature Bijan Khaleghi, the state bridge engineer for the Washington State Department of Transportation as well as an adjunct professor at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington.

Dr. Khaleghi received his master’s degree and Ph.D. from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France. He is also a registered engineer in both Washington and California.

Dr. Khaleghi’s presentation is entitled “Innovation in Bridge Design and Construction.” He will be presenting live between 11:00 a.m. and noon from Iowa State University’s Institute for Transportation.
