Institute for Transportaiton (InTrans) researcher Chris Williams is interviewed in “Asphalt,” the Asphalt Institute’s magazine, about his work.
Williams is the Gerald and Audrey Olson Professor in Civil Engineering at Iowa State University’s Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering and the manager for the Asphalt Materials & Pavements Program at InTrans.
