PROSPER director Halil Ceylan featured in FHWA’s Public Roads magazine
Halil Ceylan, Associate Professor in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering (CCEE) and Director of InTrans’ Program for Sustainable Pavement Engineering and Research (PROSPER), discussed Iowa’s efforts to improve the accuracy of pavement performance predictions in the September/October 2013 issue of Public Roads.
Ceylan is featured in Roadmap to the Future, an article describing the FHWA’s new Pavement Management Roadmap (FHWA-HIF-11-011). The Roadmap aims to improve the effectiveness of the pavement management programs that state and local transportation agencies use.
