Bridge Rail Designs and Performance Standards Vol. I: Research Report
This project evaluated bridge railings. State bridge rail designs submitted to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) were rated and the best of each type were selected for crash test evaluation. When necessary, the designs were improved and retested.
