About Meenakshi
Dr. Meenakshi Sumeet Arya is a research scientist with the Real-Time Analytics of Transportation Data (REACTOR) Laboratory at Iowa State University’s Institute for Transportation. She is an experienced academician skilled in machine learning, big data analytics, algorithms, data structures, and programming languages. She holds a PhD in computer science and engineering. She is a certified NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute instructor and has trained 2,000+ professionals on the Fundamentals of Deep Learning course run by NVIDIA.
Her research interests include data science and analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and digital image processing. Dr. Arya has multiple journal articles, conference publications, book chapters, patents, and copyrights to her credit. She is a senior Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers member, fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, and a lifetime member of the International Society for Technology in Education. She also serves on the editorial and review boards of multiple journals related to computer science.
