About Theresa

Ms. Litteral provides support to the Iowa Local Technical Assistance Program. She facilitates the coordination and operational advancement of the local multidisciplinary safety teams (MDST) throughout Iowa. Her experience includes pedestrian and bicycle transportation, GPS/GIS training, and trail system management.
